1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or store credit (your choice)
  • In-store purchases: Refunded in cash or store credit

5. Exchanges

  • Wrong items sent
